Declaration by Officers on Appointment under the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909.

I, [Name in full, address, and occupation], do hereby declare that I will truly and faithfully, according
to the best of my skill and knowledge, perform the duties imposed upon me by the New Zealand State-
guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, or by the regulations for the time being in force thereunder, or other-
wise in respect of any employment in or in connection with the Advances Office ; and that I will not
divulge or communicate to any person whomsoever, except in pursuance of my official duties and for
the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of the said Act and the regulations thereunder, any
matter or thing coming to my knowledge in the performance of such duties in respect of the business
of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Office, or otherwise in relation thereto.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

Application for Loan under the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909 (Advances to Settlers Branch).
