Setting apart Lands in Auckland Land District for Leasing
as Small Grazing-runs under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section two hundred and eight
of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder
Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the
lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to
the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two
hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908,
relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this nine-
teenth day of August, in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land proclaimed as Roads, and Roads closed, in Block
VIII, Pigeon Bay, and Blocks XII and XVI, Halswell
Survey Districts, Little River Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder
Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and of the Little River Road Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as roads the land in Pigeon Bay and
Halswell Survey Districts described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which are not required by reason of the
roads described in the First Schedule hereto.
