Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XIV, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the licensee and mortgagee of the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Alexandra Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

A. R. P. 0 1 31 380, Pirongia Parish (15917, blue) XIV Alexandra P.W.D. 30081 Pink.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Taking Additional Land in the City of Wellington for a Ministerial Residence.

A PROCLAMATION.

W HEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a Ministerial residence in the City of Wellington to take further land in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said Ministerial residence:

And whereas an agreement has been entered into, in terms of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such land for the public work hereinbefore set forth:

And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the land as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by sections nineteen and twenty-nine of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

W HEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Reefton-Inangahua Railway to take further land in Reefton Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

W HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, for the preservation of scenery in Blocks XI, XII, and XIV, Rarete Survey District:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:
