half-pay), as Superintending Officer for Construction of
Fortifications, and with effect from 30th June, 1911.

Defence Act, 1909, of the transfer of the Whangarei Rifles
from the 3rd (Auckland) Regiment (“Countess of Ran-
furly’s Own”) to the 15th (North Auckland) Regiment,
and with effect from 17th June, 1911.
