All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded towards the west by a road, 400 links, and extending easterly in a rectangular block a distance of 500 links; and being bounded towards the north, east, and south by Section 1 of Block VIII aforesaid: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1696, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Trustee for the Highbank Public Cemetery appointed.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Trustee, in the place of Frederick Horsfield, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Highbank Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Henry Ward, Charles William Smith, Arthur Thomas Lilley, Peter Drummond, jun., and Robert Charles, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School in Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Section 23, Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 17 of said Block IX, 602·1 links; towards the south-east by public roads, 389·2 links and 377 links; and towards the west by Section 16 of said Block IX, 395·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on plan numbered L. 5545/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Auckland Plan No. 15945.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Notifying the Proposed Exchange of Crown Land in the Wellington Land District for other Land.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and forty-two of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor, whenever he deems it expedient in the public interest, to grant in fee-simple any area of Crown land which is subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, in exchange for the fee-simple of any other land which in his opinion is of approximately equal value, and that all land acquired by the Crown by any such exchange shall become Crown land and be subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908:

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to exchange the Crown land described in the first column of the Schedule hereto for the lands described in the second column of the said Schedule, and the owner of the lands described in the second column of the said Schedule has agreed to such exchange:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said section one hundred and forty-two, doth hereby declare that it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the first column of the Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the lands described in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-west by Sar Street, 88·76 links; towards the north-east by the other part of Lot 101, 205·93 links, bearing 129° 1′ 50″; and towards the south-west by Lot 100, 217·51 links, bearing 105° 2′: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1911/437B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green. All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 14·9 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 151 of Section 1, Harbour District, situated in Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sar Street, 91·6 links; towards the north-east by the other part of Lot 151, 202·62 links, bearing 129° 1′ 50″; and towards the south-west by Lot 101, 225·23 links, bearing 105° 2′: be all the aforesaid bearings and linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1911/437B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 1½ perch, more or less, being part of Lot 100 of Section 1, Harbour District, situated in Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Lot 101, 16·17 links; towards the south-east by a closed road, 6·62 links; and towards the south-west by the other part of Lot 100, 14·01 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1911/437C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
