A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block IX, Opoiti Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the consents of the lessees of the adjoining land, and of the Wairoa County Council, being the local authority in whose district the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as closed the road described in the said Second Schedule, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

ERRATA.—In the New Zealand Gazette No. 61, of the 27th July, 1911, page 2333, “Appointments, &c., of Territorial Force Officers,” for the subheading “8th Regiment (Otago Rifles)” read “8th Regiment (Southland Rifles)”; and on page 2334, “Reserve of Officers,” for the words “with the rank of Colonel,” read “with the honorary rank of Colonel.”
