AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Coulthard Timber Company (Limited) held at the company’s office, Fort Street, Auckland, on the 7th day of March, 1910, at 2.45 p.m., the following special resolution was adopted :-

“ That the Coulthard Timber Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. W. H. Lyon and Mr. H. G. Garlick be appointed Liquidators.”

This resolution was confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held on 24th March, 1910, at the same time and place, due notice of both meetings having been given to all shareholders.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business as Boot and Shoe Importers at Lower Hutt under the style or firm of “W. J. Eddie and Co.,” has been dissolved from the date hereof.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Mr. W. J. EDDIE, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own account.
