The highest tenderer to be declared the purchaser or lessee, but the Board reserves to itself the right to decline to accept any tender.

The successful purchaser or lessee will require to make declaration of qualification under the Native Land Act, within thirty days, to the effect that he is not the owner or occupier of 3,000 acres of third-class land, or its equivalent in other classes of land.

The lands are offered under the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations made thereunder, and purchasers and lessees shall be deemed to be acquainted with the provisions thereof, and be bound thereby as effectually as if such provisions were embodied herein.
Wharepukhunga Sections.—It shall be a condition of the lease that the lessee shall not assign the fishing rights over the land leased; but all such rights shall be reserved and shall remain vested in the Board, and the Board shall have the right at any time, and from time to time, to dispose of such rights in such manner and upon such conditions as it thinks fit, and without any compensation to the lessee.
The lands are described for the general information of intending selectors, who are recommended, nevertheless, to make a personal inspection, as the Board is not responsible for the absolute accuracy of any description.
Tenders must be sent to the office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board, Auckland, and must be made on the proper forms, to be obtained at the office of the Board and at the post-offices in the locality of the land to be offered.
Full particulars may be obtained at the office of the Under-Secretary for Native Affairs, Wellington, or at the office of the Board.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at the office of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, Auckland, up to 4 p.m. on Monday, 28th August, 1911, for leases of the several lands named in the Schedule hereto, for a term of twenty-two years and a half, with right of renewal for a further term of twenty-three years.
