Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B 3b 1 Block, containing 392 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B 3b 2A Block, containing 675 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B 3b 2b Block, 6,715 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August, 1911, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land, or any part thereof, shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otuarumia B No. 6A Section 5b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Thursday, the 10th day of August, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Olaf Carlson at a price of ten pounds five shillings (£10 5s.) per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangatiramata Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Thursday, the 10th day of August, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to the person or persons whose tender shall be accepted at the meeting.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangaohane No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the balance of the block known as Mangaohane No. 1A, containing about 120 acres, be leased to Frederick George Williams, of Mataroa, for a term of twenty-one years, at a yearly rental of 6s. per acre.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at the office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 14th August, 1911, for the purchase of the several lands named in the First Schedule hereto; and that written tenders will also be received at the same time and place for leases of the several lands named in the Second Schedule hereto for a term of twenty-three years, with right of renewal for a further term of twenty-three years.
