A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing-runs.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington. (Auck. Plan 15742, blue.)

ERRATA.—In the New Zealand Gazette No. 49, of the 15th June, 1911, page 1942, “Extension of Period of Commands of Regiments,” for the words “Lieutenant-Colonel Edmund Bowler, to the 6th January, 1913,” read “Lieutenant-Colonel Edmund Bowler, to the 6th February, 1913.”

In the New Zealand Gazette No. 52, of the 29th June, 1911, page 2056, “Resignation of Territorial Force Officer, with Promotion on Retired List,” for the words “with the rank of Major” read “with the honorary rank of Major.”
