In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Co-operative Transport and Agency Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in the Co-operative Transport and Agency Company (Limited) held in the Pungarehu Hall, Pungarehu, on Tuesday, 20th December, 1910, the following special resolutions were duly passed, and were duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held in Mr. Newton King’s Office, Rahotu, on Tuesday, 17th January, 1911.

Special Resolutions.

(1.) That the company be wound up voluntarily.

(2.) That Messrs. M. FLEMING, R. MORROW, J. C. O’RORKE, THOMAS HARVEY, NEWTON KING, and JAMES BURGESS, Directors of the Company, be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company, at such remuneration as their expenses incident thereto may amount to.

THE WESTERN TAIERI LAND DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Taieri Land Drainage Act, 1910, the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908.

I HEREBY give public notice that William Thomson, William Lee, and James T. Gibson were duly nominated as candidates for the office of Trustee for the West Taieri, Momona, and Lee Creek Subdivisions respectively of the Western Taieri Land Drainage District. There being only one vacancy to be filled, and no other candidates nominated, I do publicly notify and declare the said WILLIAM THOMSON, WILLIAM LEE, and JAMES T. GIBSON to be duly elected Trustees for West Taieri, Momona, and Lee Creek Subdivisions respectively of the district aforesaid.
