Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School
in the Town of Mangaroa, Taranaki Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first
section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve
from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District de-
scribed in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for
a public school.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres and 7 perches, more or less,
being Section 5, Block X, Town of Mangaroa. Bounded
towards the north-east by Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block X,
Town of Mangaroa, 543·51 links; towards the east by the
Ohura Road, 223·17 links; towards the south-east by Titi
Street, 322·22 links; towards the south-west by Huia
Street, 675 links; and towards the north-west by Hihi
Street, 250·06 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 5515/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and eleven.

in the Nelson Land District.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first sec-

Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral

the north-east by Craighead Street, 1000 links; towards
the south-east by a street forming the north-western bound-
ary of Section 86 of said township, 878·6 links; towards
the south-west by a road, 685·3 links and 363·7 links; and
towards the north-west by a line parallel to the south-east
boundary, 578·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. 1192/13, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and eleven.

Education in the Marlborough Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first
section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith-
standing that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :

trict described in the Schedule hereunder written, as an
endowment for primary education.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, contain-
ing by admeasurement 355 acres, more or less, being Sec-
tion 10, Block X, Linkwater Survey District. Commencing
at a point being the north-east corner of Section 35,
Block X, Linkwater Survey District, and bounded towards
the west by Section 34, Block X aforesaid, 268·6 links; thence
towards the north-west by Section 11 of said Block X,
9412·3 links, by Section 14, Block VI, Linkwater Survey
District, 440·5 links, and by Section 15 of said Block VI,
1146·8 links; thence towards the north-east by Section 10,
Block VI aforesaid, 1078·1 links; thence towards the north-
east and east by Section 1, Block X, 5828·3 links; thence
towards the south-east by Section 7, Block X, 2387·5 links,
again towards the north-east by said Section 7, 1580·7 links;
thence towards the south by part Section 17, Block X, the
abutment of a public road, and Sections 41 and 15, Block X,
3494·8 links; thence towards the east by Section 15, Block X,
1996 links; thence towards the south by Section 13,
Block X, 3009 links, to the point of commencement: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is de-
lineated on the plan marked L. 5537/1, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

this third day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven.

Block XV, Motu Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land
District.

Governor may from time to time, either by general or par-
ticular description, and whether the same has been surveyed
or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwith standing that
the same may be then held under pastoral license, any
Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of
the purposes in the said section mentioned :

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,

ing by admeasurement 1 rood 4·6 perches, more or less,
being Section 12, Block XV, Motu Survey District.
Bounded towards the north by part Section 8, 233 links;
towards the east by a road-line, 100 links; towards the
south by part Section 8, 344·7 links; and towards the
north-west by a road-line, 149·9 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 5512/3, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this third day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven.
