A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wallace County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Aparima Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

Land taken for the Use, Convenience, and Enjoyment of the Weraiti Road in Block XI, Otahoua Survey District, Masterton County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Weraiti Road in Block XI, Otahoua Survey District:

And whereas the Masterton County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the said road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
