tube, and when wheel is rotated completely coats inside of
such tube, and immediately a hole is made the composition
is forced by air-pressure into the hole, forming a kind of
rivet by coming into contact with the outer cover, thus
effectually preventing escape of air. This composition also
preserves tubes by providing the necessary moisture essential
to the preservation of rubber.
