Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Public School in Block I, Maketu Survey District, Auckland Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 25, Block I, Maketu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road; towards the south by Section 19 of Block I, Maketu Survey District; and towards the west generally by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5504/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple.
