Notice of Inquiry into Allegations against the Taupo Totara Timber Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board at Rotorua on Friday, the 7th day of April, 1911, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow, an inquiry will be held into the allegations contained in the petitions to Parliament of Wereta Hoani and others and Monika Paehua and others with respect to the leases to the Taupo Totara Timber Company (Limited) of Pouakani B No. 6B and other blocks.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipuna Block, Subdivision 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1911, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the land known as Subdivision 1, Waipuna Block, containing 55 acres, more or less, be sold to Horace Crawley.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwhaiki No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1911, at half past 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the land known as Kaiwhaiki No. 3, containing 55 acres, be leased for twenty-one years to James Rutherford, at a rental of £4 0s. 8d. per annum.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Owhangaroa No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1911, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the land known as Owhangaroa No. 2, containing 27 acres or thereabouts, be sold to Jessie Mary Mason for the sum of £3 10s. per acre.”
