NOTICE is hereby given that, the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Wellington Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

The settlement is situated between three-quarters of a mile and two miles and three-quarters north-westward from Templeton Railway-station, which is nine miles from Christchurch on the Christchurch-Dunedin Main Trunk
