PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the eighth year of the reign of His late Majesty King Edward VII, and in tituled the Marriage Act, 1908, the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information :-

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Land in Auckland Land District to be disposed of under Section 138 of the Land Act, 1908.

District Lands Office, Auckland, 6th March, 1911.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that the undermentioned land will be disposed of to the adjoining lessee, under section 138 of the said Act, on or after Thursday, the 8th day of June, 1911.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area comprising 340 acres, more or less, being part of Section 99, also Sections 100, 101, 102, part 104, Sections 105, 106, and part 110, Parish of Karamu, Raglan County.

Land in Otago Land District for Disposal under Section 138 of the Land Act, 1908.

District Lands Office, Dunedin, 13th December, 1910.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that the undermentioned land will be disposed of under section 138 of the said Act, on or after Wednesday, the 15th March, 1911.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
An estimated area of 85 acres of unsurveyed land, being part of the site reserved for the Town of Gladstone, and now called Section 52, Block I, Lower Hawea Survey District.

Reserve in Westland Land District for Lease by Public Tender.

District Lands Office, Hokitika, 27th February, 1911.
NOTICE is hereby given that written tenders will be received at this office up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 5th day of April, 1911, for a lease of the undermentioned land, for a term of fourteen years, under the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Reserve 345, Block V, Poerua Survey District : Area, 167 acres 3 roods 6 perches; minimum annual rental, £4.

Terms and Conditions of Lease.

  1. All tenders must be accompanied by a deposit of one half-year's rent at the rate offered, together with £1 1s. lease fee.
  2. Possession will be given on the day of sale.
  3. Term of lease, fourteen years.
  4. No conditions are imposed as to residence or improvements, and the lessee shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, nor shall any compensation be allowed, on account of any improvements effected nor for any other cause; but the lessee shall be entitled at the termination of the lease to remove any fencing and buildings he may have erected on the land.
  5. The rent shall be payable half-yearly in advance.
  6. The lessee shall have no right to sublet, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the land comprised in the lease, except with the written consent of the Commissioner of Crown Lands first had and obtained.
  7. The lessee shall prevent the growth and spread of noxious weeds, and shall with all reasonable dispatch cause the same to be removed.
  8. The lessee shall provide accommodation as required for travelling stock at a charge of ½d. per head per day or portion of a day for sheep, and 3d. per head per day or portion of a day for cattle.
  9. The lessee shall discharge all rates, taxes, charges, and other assessments that may become due and payable.
  10. The lease shall be liable to forfeiture in case the lessee shall fail to fulfil any of the conditions of the said lease within thirty days after the date on which the same ought to be fulfilled.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that the undermentioned land will be disposed of to the holder of adjoining land under section 128 of the said Act, on or after Thursday. the 23rd day of March, 1911.

SECTIONS S.E. 101 and N.W. 102, Parish of Taurarora (Whangarei County), containing 74 acres, more or less.

Pastoral Run in Otago Land District open for License by Application.

District Lands Office, Dunedin, 21st February, 1911.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral run is open for license, and applications will be received at this office up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 28th day of March, 1911, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and section 91 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1910.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
RUN 501, Tuapeka County (Class B) : Area, 4,495 acres; term, thirteen years; annual rental, £66; valuation for improvements, £123 17s.
Possession will be given on 1st September, 1911.

Locality and Description.
Rough, broken, pastoral land, summer country only. Altitude, 2,000 ft. to 5,000 ft. Distant about nine miles from Roxburgh. The improvements consist of fencing on boundary with Run 425B, 176 chains, at 6s. per chain, £52 16s.; fencing on half boundary with Small Grazing-run No. 500, 98 chains, at 7s. per chain, £34 6s.; fencing on half boundary with Small Grazing-run No. 502, 36 chains, at 10s. per chain, £18; fencing on half boundary with Small Grazing-run No. 502, 50 chains, at 7s. 6d. per chain, £18 15s. : total, £123 17s.
