In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land taken for a Road in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District, and Block IX, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit. for the purposes of a road in Block XIII, Wairoa Survey District:

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land taken for the Purposes of Waterworks in Block XV, Patutahi Survey District, Cook County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, for the purposes of waterworks in Block XV, Patutahi Survey District:

And whereas the Gisborne Borough Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, together with a map, in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said waterworks, and shall vest in the Chairman, Burgesses, and Inhabitants of the Borough of Gisborne; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and the mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Opotiki County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Whakatane Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.
