REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 246, Parish of Waimana, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane, on Saturday, the 15th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That a proposed lease of the said land to Tiaka Kapene shall be agreed to.''

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Runanga No. 1B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo, on Thursday, the 30th day of March, 1911, at 9 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.''

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.''

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangipo-Waiu B No. 3 will he held, in pursuance of Part XVII I of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Board's office, Wanganui, on Monday, the 27th day of March, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the said land be leased to Nellie Cornford for forty-two years, at a rental of ls. per acre per annum.''

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pipiriki Native Township will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Board's office, Wanganui, on Monday, the 20th day of March, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the sections in the township now under lease to A. Hatrick, or any one or more of the said sections, be sold to A. Hatrick and Co. (Limited).''
