A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native
Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of each of the Parcels of Land taken. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 4 0 3 Puketarata No. 2d No. 5b, Section 1 I Mangaorongo L. 1911/108 Purple.
1 0 5 Puketarata No. 2d No. 5b, Section 2 " Ditto " Pink.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as
above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
fourth day of February, in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

ERRATUM.—In Notice to Mariners No. 12 of 1911 (“Bushett Shoal, off Cheviot Coast”), published in the New
Zealand Gazette No. 9, of the 2nd February, 1911, page 443, the second bearing should read “Medina River, true
N. 55½° W.”
