OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Ohinemuri County Council to execute a certain public work, to wit, the making of a road through Piraurahi No. 3B, in Block XVI of the Waihou Survey District, in the County of Ohinemuri, and for the purpose of such public work to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the amendments thereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

And notice is hereby given that a copy of the plan of the said lands so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Ohinemuri County Council, at Paeroa, in the said county, and is there open for public inspection.

And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Ohinemuri County Council, at its offices in Belmont Road, Paeroa.

DIRECT SUPPLY COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at 28 Hall of Commerce, High Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 14th day of March, 1911, for the purpose—

(1.) Of receiving the Liquidators’ account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of receiving any explanation which the Liquidators may wish to give;

(2.) Of passing the following as an extraordinary resolution,—

“ That the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators be destroyed after the expiration of twelve months from the date of this resolution.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between CECIL BERTRAND DE LAUTOUR and FREDERICK JAMES PEARSON, trading under the style of “ C. B. de Lautour and Co.,” as General Agents, will, owing to the death of Mr. C. B. de Lautour, be carried on by the continuing partner, Mr. F. J. PEARSON, under the old firm-name, at the offices of the late firm, in Lowe Street, Gisborne.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1903, a General Meeting of Nicol, Stringer, and Roberts (Limited), (in liquidation), will be held at the Liquidator’s office, Room 7, Kernot’s Building, 111 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 8th day of March, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having laid before the meeting the account of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing the explanation thereof given by the Liquidator.
