Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Umukapua B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne, on Friday, the 10th day of March, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a lease of the above block be granted to Sarah Jane Daulton for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £10 per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of £5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value at the end of the first term, and with a right to compensation for improvements.”

Dated at Gisborne, this 18th day of February, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu-Kaituna No. 6B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu, on Monday, the 27th day of March, 1911, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to H. W. Vercoe.”

Dated at Rotorua, this 16th day of February, 1911.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu-Kaituna No. 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu, on Monday, the 27th day of March, 1911, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be sold to H. W. Vercoe.”

“ That the said land be leased to William and Charles Rogers.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okaihau 1D No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 8th day of March, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be leased to Mary Hart, of Waimarama, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of £5 per centum on the Government valuation.”

Dated at Wellington, this 22nd day of February, 1911.
