Constituting the Town District of Norsewood, in the County of Dannevirke.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is enacted by the Town Boards Act, 1908, that the Governor may declare that any locality outside a borough wherein there are not less than fifty householders shall be a town district :
And whereas a petition has been presented to the Governor by the inhabitants within the area mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto, praying that such area may be constituted a town district under the Town Boards Act, 1908 :
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the said area shall be a town district, and the same is hereby constituted a town district under the Town Boards Act, 1908, by the name of the Norsewood Town District. And in further pursuance and exercise of the said powers I do hereby proclaim, declare, and appoint that the Board of Commissioners for the said district shall consist of five members.

SCHEDULE.
NORSEWOOD TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 3, Block V, Takapau Survey District, from the westernmost corner of that section to the Napier-Wellington Road; thence across that road and by Section No. 58, Block V aforesaid, to its south-eastern corner; thence towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 76, 77, 78, 79, across a public road, and by Section No. 80 to the easternmost corner of Section No. 64; thence towards the south-west by the last-mentioned section to the Napier-Wellington Road; thence by that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 8, Block V aforesaid; thence across the aforesaid road, and by the said Section No. 8 to its northernmost corner; thence towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 26, 27, and 28,
Block VI, Norsewood Survey District, to a public road; thence across that road and by Sections Nos. 29, 30, and 31, Block V, Takapau Survey District, to the westernmost corner of Section No. 3, the place of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Setting apart Land in Otago Land District for Leasing as Small Grazing-runs under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the runs mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing-runs.
