Laying out and taking a Road in Block VII, Otanake Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of the Piece of Road laid out and taken. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 5 1 37·9 Maraetaua 9A VII Otanake 15863 Pink.
3 1 39·6 " 10 " " " Blue.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and forty of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
