Lands set apart for State Forest Purposes in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the State Forests Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the forest lands described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for State forests within the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,057 acres, more or less, being Section 5, Block I, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 1, Block I, Ohura Survey District; towards the north-east and east generally by Sections 22, 24, and 25, Block II, Ohura Survey District; towards the south-east by Section 15, Block V, Ohura Survey District; towards the south-west by Section 13, Block V aforesaid; and towards the west generally by Section 4, Block I, Ohura Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(3), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 272 acres. more or less, being Section 15, Block V, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 5, Block I, Ohura Survey District; towards the east by Taurangi Block No. 4; towards the south by a reserve 1 chain wide along the Mangakara Stream; and towards the west and south-west generally by Section 14, Block V, Ohura Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(4). deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 444 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block V, Mahoe Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section 9, Block V, Mahoe Survey District; towards the east generally by Section 5, Block VI, Mahoe Survey District; and towards the south and west generally by the Tirohanga Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(5), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 936 acres, more or less, being Section 9, Block VI, Mahoe Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1, Block VII. Mahoe Survey District; towards the east generally by Sections 4, Block VII, 10, Block VI aforesaid, and the Okara Road; towards the south generally by Section 1, Block XI, and Section 5, Block X, Mahoe Survey District; and towards the west generally by Sections 8 and 4, Block VI. Mahoe Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(6). deposited in the Head Office. Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 248 acres, more or less, being Section 6, Block VII, Mahoe Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west generally by Section 2, Block VII, Mahoe Survey District; towards the east generally by a road reserve 3 chains wide along the bank of the Tangarakau River; and towards the south-west by Section 5, Block VII aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(7). deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 281 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Block XVI, Upper Waitara Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 3, Block XVI, Upper Waitara Survey District: towards the east and south-east generally by Section 6, Block XVI aforesaid, by Mangaone Stream, by Section 8, Block XVI aforesaid, and by the abutment of Pohukura Road; and towards the south-west by Section 1, Block XVI aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(8), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 900 acres, more or less, being Section 1,
Block IV, Waro Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by Crown land; towards the north-east and east by Sections 2, Block IV, and 5, Block VIII, Waro Survey District; towards the south by the Huhatahi Stream; towards the south-west by said stream and by Section 1, Block VIII, Waro Survey District; and towards the west by Section 5, Block III, Waro Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(9), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 877 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block VIII, Waro Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1, Block IV, Waro Survey District; towards the south-east by the Huhatahi Stream; towards the east and south generally by the Huhatahi and Tongaporutu–Mangaroa Roads; and towards the west generally by Sections 7, Block VII, and 5, Block III, Waro Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A(10), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
