NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between WILLIAM HAROLD SEFTON MOORHOUSE and ERNEST FREDERIC HADFIELD, carrying on business as Barristers and Solicitors at Featherston Street, in the City of Wellington, under the style or firm of “Moorhouse and Hadfield,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 5th day of December, 1910, so far as concerns the said William Harold Sefton Moorhouse, who retires from the said firm.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said ERNEST FREDERIC HADFIELD and FRANCIS FEATHERSTON NEWMAN, who will carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm of “Moorhouse, Hadfield, and Newman.”
