THE NGATIAWA CONSOLIDATED GOLD-MINES
(LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting of the Ngatiawa Consolidated
Gold-mines (Limited) duly convened and held at No. 108
Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 19th day of Decem-
ber, 1910, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly
passed :—

“ That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabili-
ties, continue its business, and that it is advisable
to wind up the same.”

And at such above-named meeting THOMAS PERCIVAL
WING was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such
winding-up.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION TO WIND UP.

In the matter of the Island Basin Dredging Company
(Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the above-named company duly convened and
held at Alexandra on the 18th day of November, 1910, the
following special resolution was duly passed; and at a
subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the said company also duly convened and held at the
same place on the 21st day of December, 1910, the following
resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—

“ That the company, being unable, by reason of its
liabilities, to continue operations, be voluntarily
liquidated, and a Liquidator appointed.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting MOSTYN ALDBOROUGH
FLEMING, of Alexandra, was appointed Liquidator for the
purposes of the winding-up.
