NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned HENRY MCCONECHY, WALTER GILMOUR JOYCE, and GEORGE OLIVER JOYCE, of Invercargill, General Printers, under the name of “McConechy and Joyce,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to the late firm must be paid to the said Henry McConechy, who will continue to carry on the business, and who will discharge all the existing liabilities.

I, SAMUEL DE ATH-WESTON, heretofore called and known by the name of Samuel De Ath Weston, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Surveyor, hereby give public notice that on the 22nd day of August, 1910, I formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said name of Weston as a surname, and then assumed and adopted the surname of De Ath-Weston; and, further, that I did then and thereby abandon my second Christian name of De Ath as a Christian name to the intent that I should thereafter call myself and be called and become known by the name of Samuel De Ath-Weston; and I give further notice that by deed-poll dated the 22nd day of August, 1910, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in its northern district at Auckland, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Weston as a surname, and further abandoned my second Christian name of De Ath as a Christian name, and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the surname of De Ath-Weston instead of the surname of Weston, so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the name of Samuel De Ath-Weston.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following motion—viz., “That the Featherston Fresh-milk Supply Association (Limited) go into liquidation voluntarily”—was passed as a special resolution at a general meeting of members held on the 5th day of September, 1910, and was subsequently confirmed at a special general meeting of members held on the 28th day of September, 1910.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Wellington on the 12th day of September, 1910, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Wellington on the 11th day of October, 1910, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and at such last-mentioned meeting JAMES ANDREW BRUCE, of Wellington, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, MURDO McKENZIE McRAE, M.B., Bac. Surg. 1908, Univ. Glasg., now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 18th November next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage or duty stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication, a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.

A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is now published fortnightly, containing all notices concerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent, and other information useful to inventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on payment of a subscription of eleven shillings per annum, including postage, payable in advance to the Government Printer.
