INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION.

France, with Algeria and Colonies.
Germany.
Great Britain.
Holland, with East Indian Colonies, Curaçoa, and Surinam.*

Italy.
Japan.
Mexico.
New Zealand.
Norway.
Portugal, with the Azores and Madeira.
Servia.
Spain.
Sweden.
Switzerland.
Tunis.
United States of America.

Separate arrangements have been made between Australia and New Zealand.
