Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B No. 15 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 30th day of September, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to Thomas Walker, of Paengaroa, farmer, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental, payable in advance, of £5 per centum of the unimproved value of the said land according to Government valuation, but in no case shall the said rental be less than 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for the first seven years of the said period, 3s. per acre for the second seven years, and 4s. per acre for the third seven years.”

Dated at Rotorua, this 2nd day of September, 1910.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kenana No. 2B Section 7 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at

Maketu, on Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1910, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Owen James Hodge, of Te Puke, solicitor, for the unimproved value of the said land according to Government valuation, but in no case shall the price paid be less than £4 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B No. 6 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Maketu, on Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1910, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to John Potiki, of Te Puke, labourer, for a period of twenty-one years, at an annual rental, payable in advance, of £5 per centum of the unimproved value of the said land according to Government valuation, but in no case shall the said rental be less than 3s. per acre per annum.”
