that the said rifle range is hereby vested in the said Trustees as such body corporate as aforesaid for an estate in fee-simple to have and to hold the same as a rifle range for the use of the Territorial Force, subject to the provisions of the Defence Act, 1908, and the Defence Act, 1909, in that behalf: And I further declare that this warrant shall take effect on the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

ALL that parcel of land situated in Block I, Kanieri Survey District, Westland Land District, being part Section 1263, containing 36 acres 1 rood 20 perches (coloured yellow), and part Reserve 65, containing 14 acres 3 roods 5 perches (coloured purple), and also part Crown land (closed road), containing 3 roods 23·7 perches (coloured red); as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 22363, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.
