Laying out and setting apart a Road in Native Land in Blocks I and II, Tarawera Survey District, and XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and set apart as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto, being customary land within the meaning of that Act.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and lessee of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Wanganui County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Mangawhero Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street at Burnside.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street:

And whereas it has been certified by the Minister of Railways that such land is not required for railway purposes: And whereas such land is situated in the Borough of Green Island, the local authority of which has assented to the issue of this Proclamation:

And whereas His Excellency the Governor is of opinion that the said local authority can conveniently construct and maintain the said street:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Green Island Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing an area of 22Β·3 perches, more or less, being those portions of Allotments 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block XXVI, Extension of Town of Burnside, situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway by a Proclamation dated the 1st day of February, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9, of the 6th day of February, 1908; as the said parcel of land is more particularly shown coloured
