All that parcel of land, containing 50 acres, more or less,
being Section 106, Parish of Apata. Bounded on the north-
east by Allotment 105, 4450 links; on the south-east by a
road, 1066 links and 110 links; on the south-west by Allot-
ments 107 and 108, 4820 links; and on the north-west by
Allotment 111, 1090 links.
Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under
the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II, Unclaimed
Lands).
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee,
have, for the purposes of Part II of the Public
Trust Office Act, 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands),
made due inquiries with respect to the land described in
the Schedule hereunder, and the owner thereof, and have,
in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by
section 66 of that Act, and have in all respects complied
with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And
whereas I have not thereby ascertained who the owner is,
and believe that such owner is not in the Dominion, nor
has such owner established his title to the said land, as
required by the said Act: I hereby give notice that the
said land is, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested
in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the
publication hereof, and will be administered under the
Public Trust Office Act, 1908; the value of the land
for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being
less than £100.

818 links; on the south-west by Allotment 33, 3760 links;
and on the north-west by Allotment 29, 170 links, and
by a road 460 links, 365 links, 973 links, 408 links,
274 links, 201 links, 329 links, and 155 links. The land
was Crown-granted to Edward Wade, of Auckland, Store-
keeper, who cannot be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted in-
quiries, and has not thereby ascertained who the
owner of the above-described land is, and believes that
such owner is not in the Dominion:
Now, this notice calls upon such owner, within six
months of the date of the publication of this notice in this
Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee
his title to the land specified in this notice; and if such
owner does not, within the time limited, so establish his
title, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and
authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust
Office Act, 1908 (Part II).
