Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by the seventy-seventh section of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land it shall be necessary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for selection:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.


SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

Kawaroa Block (281 Acres).

Area. Section No. Block No. Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Edged on Plan
A. R. P. 281 0 32 1 VII Kawhia N'th L. 4364/3 Red.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and mortgagees of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitotara County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Nukumaru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Approximate Area of the Parcel of Land hereby proclaimed as a Road. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 0 26·4 Manganui-o-tahu Block IV Nukumaru L.1910/123 Neutral tint.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
