NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, ROLAND HILL WALKER and DAVID TEMPLETON, under the style of “Templeton and Walker,” at Otatau, in Wallace, New Zealand, as Blacksmiths, Wheelwrights, and Coachbuilders, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will hereafter be carried on by the said David Templeton alone.

All moneys due to the late firm must be paid at once to the said David Templeton, who will discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time been carried on by HAROLD WILLIAM FROST and BERTRAM ROXBOROUGH MENZIES, as Dentists, under the style or firm of “Frost and Menzies,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the practice will in future be conducted by the said Bertram Roxborough Menzies, as manager for the said Harold William Frost, under the style of “Frost and Menzies” as hitherto.

In the matter of the Corallite Patent Filter Company.

AT an extraordinary meeting of the above company, duly convened and held at the company’s registered office, Wanganui, on the 29th day of June, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 13th day of July, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :

“That the affairs of the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM RODWELL, of Wanganui, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.”

In the matter of John Wood and Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 193 Princes Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1910, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting JOHN WOOD, of 56 Glen Road, near Dunedin aforesaid, Tailor, and CHARLES FISHER JOHNSON, of Dunedin aforesaid, Company Manager, were appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by ERNEST WILLIAM HURSTHOUSE and TEDBAR STANLEY HARPER, under the style or firm of “E. W. Hursthouse and Co.,” at Petone, and in the City of Wellington and elsewhere, in the trade or business of Engineers, has been dissolved as from the 1st day of June, 1910, by mutual consent, and that the said business as from that date is being carried on by the said Ernest William Hursthouse solely.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, JOHN MEAGHER and CHARLES ALEXANDER BURNETT, carrying on business as Produce-merchants, Grain-brokers, Estate, Advertising, and Commission Agents, at Christchurch, under the style or firm of “J. Meagher and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 7th day of May, 1910.

All debts due and owing to the late firm will be received by the said John Meagher, who will continue to carry on the said business alone, and all debts owing by the late firm will be paid by the said John Meagher.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE SURNAME.

WHEREAS I, ALEXANDER JOHN DISHER, of Wairau Valley, Marlborough, Shepherd, have for many years past borne and been known by the name of John Disher Timms, such surname being the surname of my adoptive father SAMUEL ARTHUR JAMES TIMMS, by whom I was adopted under and by virtue of an order dated the 7th day of October, 1897, under the Adoption of Children Act, 1895, and filed in the Magistrate’s Court at the Town of Blenheim, in Marlborough : And whereas I am desirous, for good and sufficient reasons, of reverting to the surname of “Disher” : Now I hereby give notice that at all times hereafter the name of “Alexander John Disher” will alone be used and adopted by me in all transactions, documents, and writings, and all legal and other proceedings and matters. And, further, that I give notice that a duplicate of this notification has been filed in the Supreme Court Office of New Zealand, at Blenheim.
