Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land Board District hereby notifies that a meeting of owners of Raetihi 2b 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 12th August, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following resolution: That the sole and exclusive right to cut timber from the block of land known as Raetihi 2b 2c, containing 1,050 acres, more or less, be granted to George Bartholemew, of Feilding, sawmiller, for a term of ten years, with a right of extension for other three years (at an increased royalty), at a royalty of 8d. per 100 superficial feet of timber off the saw, the said George Bartholemew to cut all millable timber from the said land.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land Board District hereby notifies that a meeting of owners of Mangaohane 1a will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 12th August, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following resolution: That the land proposed to be leased—viz., Mangaohane 1a, about 120 acres—shall be leased to Thomas Walter Williams for ten years at 6s. per acre per annum.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land Board District hereby notifies that a meeting of Ohotu 6b will be held, pursuant to Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whanganui, on Tuesday, the 16th day of August, 1910, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following resolution: To purchase the fee-simple by May O’Neill, of Feilding, married woman, of Ohotu 6b, containing 1,310 acres, for £1 15s. per acre.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land Board District hereby notifies that a meeting of owners of Waimarino C, containing 3,150 acres, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Friday, the 19th day of August, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following resolutions: 1. To lease a part of the land containing 1,500 acres to Harry Hunt, of Taumarunui, settler, for a term of forty-two years, at the annual rentals of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for the residue of the term. 2. A sale of the residue of the block, containing 1,630 acres, to Thomas McKean, of Taumarunui, settler, at the price of £1 5s. per acre.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land Board District hereby notifies that a meeting of owners of Urewera 2a No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi, on Friday, the 12th August, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following resolution: That the block of land known as Urewera No. 1a No. 2, containing 3,030 acres, more or less, be leased to Tiwha Topia, of Horopito, aboriginal Native, for a period of twenty-one years, at a rental of 1s. per acre, with right of renewal for a further period of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then Government valuation of the said land, with right during the said term to cut timber at the following royalties:—
Sawn timber: Totara, 2s. per 100 superficial feet; rimu, 8d. per 100 superficial feet; white-pine and other timber, 6d. per 100 superficial feet.
Split timber: Mortice posts, 8s. per 100 posts; wire posts, at 5s. per hundred posts.
Railway sleepers: £2 2s. 6d. per hundred.
Fencing battens: 2s. 6d. per hundred.
House blocks: 2d. per lineal foot.
