NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, HERBERT WATERS COLLINS and ALFRED JOSEPH SCOTT, as Carpenters and Builders, under the style or firm of “Collins and Scott,” has been dissolved as from the 21st day of June, 1910. All moneys owing to the late firm shall be paid to the undersigned, Herbert Waters Collins, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge, and who will discharge all the liabilities of the said late firm.

The undersigned, ROY WILFRED PRICE, will hereafter carry on the business of storekeeper solely on his own account under the style or firm of “W. Price and Son.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned W. A. CATHRO and G. B. EXLEY, carrying on business at Auckland as Manufacturers’ and Indent Agents under the style or firm of “Cathro, Exley, and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the date hereof.

All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said W. A. Cathro, who will continue to carry on the business under his own name.
