Meeting of the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that the ordinary meeting of
the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board, which was to
have been held at Wellington on the 2nd August, 1910, will
stand adjourned to Tuesday, the 16th August, 1910. Applications
for hearing at that meeting will be received at the
Board's office up to the 31st July, 1910.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the

Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of the Paengaroa North C No. 1, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
and 8 Blocks will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of
the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Tuesday, the
9th day of August, 1910, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Thomas A. Waldron,
of Te Puke, farmer, for a period of forty-two years at an
annual rental for the first twenty-one years of £5 per
centum of the unimproved value of the said land according
to Government valuation, but in any case the said rental
shall not be less than 3s. per acre per annum; and for the
second period of twenty-one years at an annual rental of
£5 per centum per annum of the unimproved value of the
said land according to Government valuation at the end of
the said first period of twenty-one years."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the

Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of the Whangamata 2B No. 2 Block will be held, in pur-
suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Putaruru, on Wednesday, the 10th day of August, 1910,
at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of con-
sidering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land shall be leased to Messrs. R. Allen
and Co., of Ohakune, sawmillers, for a term of twenty-one
years at an annual rental of 1s. per acre for the first seven
years, 1s. 6d. per acre for the next seven years, and 2s.
per acre for the last seven years, with a right of cutting
and removing trees and timber at £3 per acre, payable one-
half on execution of instrument of alienation and one-half
within seven years from such date; rental to be paid half-
yearly, and land to be sown in grass."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the

Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of the Pukaingataru B No. 1 Block will be held, in pur-
suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Te Puke, on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1910, at
10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering
the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Henare Kingi and
Tamati Ereatara, of Te Puke, for a period of twenty-one
years at an annual rental of £5 per centum of the unim-
proved value of the said land according to Government
valuation, but in no case shall the said rental be less than
2s. 6d. per acre per annum."

Te Puke, on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1910, at

the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Wharenui Hohua, of
Te Puke, for a period of twenty-one years at an annual
rental of £5 per centum of the unimproved value of the
said land according to Government valuation, but in no
case shall the said rental be less than 2s. 6d. per acre per
annum."

Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of the Pukaingataru B No. 7 Block will be held, in pur-
suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 9th day of August, 1910, at
11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering
the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land shall be leased to James Paterson,
of Te Puke, farmer, for a period of twenty-one years at
an annual rental, payable in advance, of £5 per centum on
the unimproved value of the said land according to Govern-
ment valuation, but in no case shall the said rental be
less than 3s. per acre per annum."
