NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the
above company will be held at the office of the
Liquidator, No. 205 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auck-
land, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of February, 1910, at the
hour of half past 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the
purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator’s
account showing his acts and dealings, and the manner in
which the winding-up of the company has been conducted
and its assets disp sed of, and also to authorise the disposal
of the cash balance, approximately under ten pounds (£10).
