IT having been reported to me that the undermentioned companies have ceased to carry on business, I hereby give notice that at the expiration of three months from this date the names of such companies will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the companies will be dissolved.

NOTICE is hereby given that the office or place of business of the Vacuum Oil Company Proprietary (Limited), a company incorporated in Victoria, has been changed, and is now situate at the company’s buildings, on the Main Hutt Road, Wellington.

I, SYDNEY TAYLOR CHAMPTALOUP, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Edinburgh, 1906), and Bachelor of Science in the Department of Public Health, Edinburgh, 1909, and now residing at Dunedin, Otago, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply on the 26th July, 1910, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. EDWARD HILEY JONES has retired from the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, trading as “The City Engineering Company,” as from the 31st day of March, 1910.
All accounts due to the firm are to be paid to the undersigned Harold William Mason and Reuben Charles Porter, who will also discharge all liabilities of the firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN MITCHELL and HUGH CRESWELL GRIERSON, carrying on business at Auckland as Architects under the style or firm name “Mitchell and Grierson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st June, 1910, so far as concerns the said John Mitchell, who retires from the said firm.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Hugh Cresswell Grierson, who will continue to carry on the said business.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT, PALMERSTON NORTH REGISTRY.
In the matter of the Companies’ Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Palmerston North Sash and Door and Timber Company (Limited), now being wound up voluntarily.
THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of October, 1910, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to WALTER RUTHERFURD and FREDERICK WILLIAM CONNELL, of Palmerston North, Accountants, the Liquidators of the said company, at their office, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Registrar’s Office, in the Supreme Court House at Palmerston North, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
Monday, the 14th day of November, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Registrar’s said office, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned DAVID ROWLAND JONES and JOHN WELSH PARIS VICKERY, under the style or firm of “D. R. Jones and Co.,” of Invercargill, in New Zealand, Butchers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and the business will hereafter be carried on by the said David Rowland Jones alone under the said name. All accounts due by the late firm must be rendered at once, and all moneys owing to the said firm must be paid on or before the 31st day of July, 1910.
