middle-line of the said railway shall be that defined and
set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Section 1, Mount Maunganui
Reserve, Block VI, Tauranga Survey District, the said
point being distant about 38 chains in a southerly direction
and about 24 chains in a westerly direction from the
northern and eastern boundaries respectively of Block VI,
Tauranga Survey District; proceeding thence generally in
a south-easterly direction for a distance of about 15 miles
7 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the follow-
ing lands, viz. : Section No. 1, Mount Maunganui Reserve,
Block VI, Tauranga Survey District; Section No. 5
Reserve, Whareroa Block No. 2 (5039 in red), Whareroa
No. 1, Omanu Block (5651a in red), Block VII, Tauranga
Survey District; Omanu Block (5651a in red), Section 1
(5651b in red), and Section 2 (5651c in red) of Wharawhara
Block No. 1; Sections 11 (7140 in red), 10 (7139 in red),
and 9 of Papamoa Block (4868 in red), Block XI, Tauranga
Survey District; Section No. 9 of Papamoa Block (4868
in red), Sections 8 and 7 of Papamoa Block No. 2 (4868 in
red), Mangatawa Reserve (4869 in red), Sections 5 and 6
of Papamoa Block No. 2 (4868 in red), Block I, Te Tumu
Survey District; Sections 6, 15, 1, and 2, Block III, Te
Tumu Survey District; Sections 2 and 4, Papamoa No. 3
(4868c in red), 1 and 2, Block IV, Te Tumu Survey Dis-
trict; Sections 2, 57, 58, 54, 55, 56, 61, 62, 37A, 31, 52, 67,
western portion of 21, eastern portion of 21, and Kenana
Block (5580 in red), Block II, Maketu Survey District;
and terminating in the said Kenana Block about 15 miles
7 chains from the commencement at a point marked 55
miles, distant about 19 chains in an easterly direction from
the right bank of the Waiare Stream, including all adjoin-
ing and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks,
rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland
Land District: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 26500, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provin-
cial District of Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder, Baron Islington,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and
its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of
the said Dominion, at the Government House,
at Wellington, this fifth day of July, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and ten.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder,
Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the Crown land in
Ruapehu and Tongariro Survey Districts described in the
Schedule hereto.

Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and
mortgagees of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Suburban North Road Board, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, pro-
claim as a road the land in Tapumutu, Wakapuaka, and
Whangamoa Survey Districts described in the Schedule
hereto.
