Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Oakura Township, Block II, Wairau Survey District, Taranaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a road in Block II, Wairau Survey District:
And whereas the Taranaki County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, the Counties Act, 1908, and the Impounding Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of gravel-pits and public pounds in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District:
And whereas the Ohinemuri County Council has laid before the Governor memorials, accompanied by maps, and also statutory declarations, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Counties Act, 1908, and the Impounding Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said gravel-pits and public pounds, as from the date herein-after specified, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ohinemuri; and I do also hereby direct that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
