A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the Crown land in Belmont Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-third section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown land respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as a village settlement.
