Notice of Order of a Judge vesting Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II, Unclaimed Lands).
I HEREBY give notice that by an order of His Honour Robert Stout, K.C.M.G., the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, made in the Canterbury District thereof on the 10th day of June, 1910, all that parcel of land being the southern portion fronting upon Winchester Street of Section No. 66, in the port-town of Lyttelton, containing in depth 105 ft. northward and in breadth 66 ft. or thereabouts, bounded on the north by a plot of land late the property of Robert Hamlet, but now of Robert Waitt, on the south by Winchester Street, on the east by Town Section 65, and on the west by Town Section 67, and is a portion of Lyttelton Town Section 66, was and is vested in the Public Trustee under and subject to the provisions of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II, Unclaimed Lands).

CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Pastoral Run in Hawke’s Bay Land District classified.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed to classify and report upon Pastoral Run No. 6, Hawke’s Bay Land District, have reported to His Excellency the Administrator of the Government that the run has been classified by them as noted in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
CLASS A.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.
RUN No. 6 : Area, 5,817 acres ; Waitara. All that piece or parcel of land situate in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District, and containing by admeasurement 5,817 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by a road reserve, the Mohaka River, and Pastoral Run No. 9, 16937 links ; towards the south-east by the Heru-a-turea Block Road and quarry reserve, 29556 links ; and towards the west and north-west by a public road and metal reserve, 51729·9 links : be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.
