A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the seventy-seventh section of the New
Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909 (here-
inafter termed "the said Act"), it is, amongst other things,
enacted that before certain moneys therein mentioned shall
be expended upon any block of land it shall be necessary
that the same be proclaimed as set apart for selection:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the pur-
poses of the said Act, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto
as set apart for selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908. I, Robert Stout,
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee and the
mortgagees of the Crown land mentioned in the First Sche-
dule hereto, and of the Waikohu County Council, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Motu Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in the
First Schedule hereto.
