Land taken for the Purpose of a Public School in the
Borough of Hamilton.
PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under “The Public Works
Act, 1908,” for a certain public work, to wit, for the purpose
of a public school in the Borough of Hamilton:
And whereas the Education Board of the District of
Auckland has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied
by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as
required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by “The Education Act, 1908,” and “The Public
Works Act, 1908,” and of every other power and authority
in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall
vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland;
and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and ten.

Commander of the Most Distinguished Order
of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and
its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of
the said Dominion, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this twenty-second day of January, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and ten.
