Minister’s Decisions under Customs Duties Act.
Department of Trade and Customs, Wellington, 6th June, 1910.
IT is hereby notified for public information that the Hon. the Minister of Customs has decided to interpret the Customs Duties Act in relation to the undermentioned articles as follows:—
NOTE.—“Not otherwise enumerated” appears as n.o.e.; “other kinds” as o.k.; “articles and materials suited only for, and to be used solely in, the fabrication of goods in the Dominion” as a. & m.s. Articles marked thus † are revised decisions.

Election of Member of Taranaki Land Board.
I, FRANCIS SIMPSON, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Taranaki Land Board, do hereby notify, in accordance with section 41 of the Land Act, 1908, and the regulations thereunder, the result of the poll taken by me on the 27th May, 1910, for the election of a member of the Taranaki Land Board, to be as follows:—
