Land proclaimed as Roads, and Roads closed, in Blocks II, III, VII, VIII, X, and XI, Hawksbury Survey District, Blocks I and V, Dunback Survey District, and Block V, Moeraki Survey District, Waikouaiti and Waihemo Counties.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waikouaiti and Waihemo County Councils, being the local authorities in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as roads the land in Hawksbury, Dunback, and Moeraki Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto, which are not required by reason of the roads described in the First Schedule hereto.
