NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM DOW, and HENRY RICHARDS, and BROOKS PYLE, in the business of Motor-car Tuition and General Agency, carried on at Swanson Street and at No. 5 Great North Road, Auckland, under the name or style of “The New Zealand School of Motoring,” has this day been dissolved by the retirement of the said William Dow. The business will from this date be carried on at the same address by the said Henry Richards and Brooks Pyle under the same name. All accounts owing to the late firm must be paid to the said Henry Richards and Brooks Pyle, who will also pay all accounts owing by the said late firm.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between DAVID HUNT and JOHN HUNT, carrying on business as Farmers, at Pig-on Bay, under the style or firm of “D. and J. Hunt,” has been dissolved as from the date hereof. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said David Hunt, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.

I, ARTHUR LYSART NELSON, Bach. Med., N.Z., 1910, Bach. Surg., N.Z., 1910, now residing in Ohakune, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 23rd June next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened, and held at Palmerston North on the 19th day of May, 1910, the following special resolution was duly passed:—

“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

“2. That Mr. ROBERT MACKAY, of Linton, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.”
